Since our establishment in 1978, ROCKY-ICHIMARU has been developing new products and improving customers’ facilities with “basic technology and a spirit for development.” In 2022, we established our Corporate Philosophy PURPOSE, which states that “We will promote the evolution of manufacturing in order to contribute to a sustainable society” with the aim of not only increasing corporate value through sustainable growth but also increasing social value by solving social issues. In response to the recent increase in the number of Group companies through M&A, we have positioned PURPOSE as the Group’s Corporate Philosophy. It is the request of all stakeholders and society as a whole that the ROCKY-ICHIMARU Group’s officers and employees promote sustainability as an important management issue, and we believe that it is an essential requirement for the continued growth of the Group.
In the first mid-term management plan launched in fiscal 2024, we defined “promoting sustainable management” as one of our basic policies. We will continue to work with all stakeholders, including domestic and overseas companies, employees, local communities, and shareholders, to solve social issues and contribute to the realization of a sustainable and prosperous society through collaboration and co-creation.
