This device secures the lower clamp ring for the BOM bladder to the bag head of the center mechanism.
Can be fastened automatically without screwing the lower clamp ring.
*A special center mechanism and clamp ring are required.
Conventionally, the lower clamp ring is screwed in for attachment and detachment, but automatic attachment and detachment by the air cylinder reduces the amount of labor required.
The built-in coned-disc spring strongly draws in the tip of the T-shaped rod for clamping (approx. 14 kN/unit).
Two of these devices are used for one center mechanism.
