Auto Joint Valve (OJP) PRODUCTS

The auto joint is a valve unit developed for attaching and detaching the piping of tire curing press internal or external pressure systems.
The set consists of a male side with a spring-return type single-acting air cylinder and a female side with a check valve. After the male and female sides are connected via a gasket packing, the force used to open the valve on the male side also opens the check valve on the female side, allowing fluid to flow.

POINT Valve Structure Equivalent to TPC

The valve seat has the same structure as that of the TPC Series of piston valves, which have been praised for their high reliability for many years. As a result, it provides excellent sealing performance and maintains stable performance over a long period of time.

POINT High Degree of Design Freedom

Based on a core structure, various patterns can be designed to meet the customer’s vision.

• A version without a check mechanism on the female side
• Manufacture of a DN40 size combined with a panel valve
