2-way/3-way piston valve(TPCseries) PRODUCTS

This piston valve is equipped with a spring-return type single-acting air cylinder as the pneumatically operated drive unit. It is available in a 2-way type for opening and closing the flow path and a 3-way type for switching the flow path.

POINT Simple Assembly and Disassembly

Every detail of maintenance is taken into consideration for easy assembly and disassembly, including the bayonet cylinder mounting, tension bolts that do not require special jigs, and the use of locking nuts for fixing the valve body.

POINT Long-lasting Cylinder Section

The cylinder section uses an original PTFE seal structure, providing excellent heat resistance and a long service life.

POINT Specially Structured Gland Prevents Leakage For a Long Time

The gland packing consists of two highly sealable V packings (material: PTFE) and one wear-resistant V packing (material: PTFE containing carbon graphite) placed between them. Together with an automatic tightening structure that uses coil springs, the gland packing is designed to prevent leaks for a long period of time.

POINT Outstanding Sealing Performance

Since the seat of the valve body is made of PTFE containing carbon fiber, which has high compressive strength, it can maintain a high level of sealing performance against high-temperature and high-pressure fluids.

Extended service life regarding leakage from the gland (Specialized specification: Z51)

Designed to extend the life of the valve in harsh operating environments such as drain discharge and external pressure steam supply valves, which open and close in several-second cycles, preventing leakage from the gland.

With limit switch (Specialized specification: Z24)

A limit switch is installed to check the opening and closing operation of the valve.

With sensor for valve open detection (Specialized specification: Z39)

The NC specification valve is equipped with a proximity sensor to detect the pin gauge attached to the piston when the valve is open.
