POINT Ideal Internal Structure

Since the spherical surface of the ball joint and the spherical surface of the inner ball are on the same center, they accurately return to their original positions and do not apply excessive force to the piping. In addition, since a coned-disc spring is used for the spring, no excessive force is applied to the spring even when it is rotated forward or backward. Moreover, since the eccentricity is supported by the inner ball and ball washer, the load is vertical. This is the ideal way to use a spring.

POINT Long-life Seal Structure

The hard chrome plating applied to the spherical surface of the ball joint further improves sealing performance with the PTFE seal ring, resulting in a longer service life. PTFE containing carbon fiber is also available as an option if you wish to extend the seal life even more.

Wetted part (SUS specification (Special symbol: XY))

By changing the material of the wetted part (body, ball joint, and ball washer) to stainless steel, it becomes resistant to corrosion.
*DN15 and DN50 do not have SUS specifications

Carbon seal (Special symbol: Z1)

Changing from PTFE containing glass fiber to PTFE containing carbon fiber can further extend the seal life.
*DN50 is only available in the Z1 specification.
