2-way/3-way piston valve(TPCseries)
2-way ON-OFF and 3-way selector valves with spring-return type single-acting air cylinders.
4-way piston valve(FPseries)
Air-driven single-acting or double-acting 4-way selector valve. Mainly used to switch the expansion and contraction actions of hydraulic cylinder rods.
Steam regulating valve(SRseries)
pilot-operated pressure reducing valve using metal diaphragms. Used to reduce steam pressure on the primary side to a shaping pressure.
Diaphragm Control valve (DC series)
Single valve seat control valve with a diaphragm drive operated pneumatically. Used for pressure control when shaping using steam, and temperature control of platens and container jackets.
Knuckle joint(LJseries)
Universal joint for piping used between movable and fixed piping. Used for center mechanism and platen piping.
Y-type check valve(YLseries)
Check valve that keeps fluid flow in a constant direction and prevents backflow.
Ejector(HEseries)
A simple, low-cost, maintenance-free vacuum pump that uses water pressure. Used to exhaust and shrink the gas inside the bladder after tire curing.
Relief check valve(LCVseries)
Valve that releases pressure above a specified pressure while preventing backflow. Used for relief when the hydraulic SM cylinder contracts in the container closing operation of the tire curing press.
