POINT Easy Valve Replacement

Conventional flanged valves require two gaskets, eight sets of nuts and bolts, and piping alignment, making them difficult to install and remove. 2-way panel valves, on the other hand, can be easily replaced with one person because they are only fixed with a stud bolt and two nuts.

POINT Performance Specialized for Tire Curing Presses

The standard specifications provide the performance required for temperature control of platens and container jackets. By installing an optional positioner, it can also be used for shaping pressure control that requires more precision.

With mechanical electro-pneumatic positioner (Special symbol: Z11 (Standard temperature specification), Z12 (High temperature specification))

By directly detecting the stem position and feeding it back to the control pressure of the DC valve, highly accurate flow/pressure control is possible compared to the standard specification that does not have a positioner.
