This piping unit combines the tire curing press piping valve body structure into a block called a manifold and is equipped with multiple ROCKY-ICHIMARU unique actuator units (APB).

POINT Highly Integrated Unit

Compared to RPUs that use panel-type valves, this system enables higher valve density and can further reduce piping space.

POINT Easy Valve Replacement

The densely arranged actuator unit (APB) allows for easy replacement, with four stud bolts and four nuts fixed to the manifold block.
Since the actuator unit (APB) is not threaded, no large tools are required and there is no risk of screw seizure.
