This piping unit combines the tire curing press piping into a block called a manifold and is equipped with multiple ROCKY-ICHIMARU unique panel-type valves.

By installing not only the valves but also a thermal enclosure and the air piping for operating the valves inside the thermal enclosure, it is possible to minimize the on-site piping work related to the tire curing press.

The use of a thermal enclosure greatly reduces radiant heat from the piping unit, reducing the risk of heat stroke for workers. In addition, by integrating valves using a manifold block, the condition of the valves can be easily checked close up, enabling early detection and response to leaks and failures. This contributes to stable operation of facilities and improved maintainability.
