This piping unit combines the tire curing press piping into a block called a manifold and is equipped with multiple ROCKY-ICHIMARU unique panel-type valves.

Compared to conventional flange connection piping, this system enables higher valve density and piping space can be significantly reduced.

### POINT Easy Valve Replacement

The densely arranged panel-type valves are easier to replace than other connection methods.  
• 2-way... 2 stud bolts & 2 nuts  
• 3-way... 4 CS bolts

### POINT All-in-one Package

By installing not only the valves but also a thermal enclosure and the air piping for operating the valves inside the thermal enclosure, it is possible to minimize the on-site piping work related to the tire curing press.

### POINT Using a Thermal Enclosure to Save Energy

The RPU’s high-density valve arrangement makes it easy to store in a thermal enclosure, contributing to energy conservation.

### POINT Improves the Working Environment for On-site Workers

The use of a thermal enclosure greatly reduces radiant heat from the piping unit, reducing the risk of heat stroke for workers. In addition, by integrating valves using a manifold block, the condition of the valves can be easily checked close up, enabling early detection and response to leaks and failures. This contributes to stable operation of facilities and improved maintainability.
