New: One year after first use, but not more than 18 months after being shipped from our company
Repaired items: Six months after being shipped from our company

Warranty Coverage and Details
(1) If our company is responsible for any failure or malfunction during the warranty period, we will replace or repair the product free of charge.
However, our warranty does not cover the following types of failures or malfunctions.
1) Failures due to improper conditions, environments (temperature, humidity, dust, moisture, impurities, etc.), handling, or usage other than those described in the instruction manual, user’s manual, specifications, catalog, etc.
2) Failures caused by something other than our product, such as the design of a customer’s equipment or software.
3) Failures caused by modification or repair by someone other than our company.
4) Malfunctions caused by the deterioration of appearance or aging that does not affect functionality. (Discoloration of the casting surface, coating, plating, fading or rusting, deterioration, etc.)
5) Failures caused by improper maintenance or not properly replacing consumable parts as described in the instruction manual or catalog.
6) Failures caused by a reason that was difficult to predict based on the scientific and technological level at the time the product was shipped from our company.
7) Failures caused by use outside of the intended use of the product.
8) Failures caused by an accident for which our company holds no responsibility, such as pollution, salt damage, condensation, abnormal voltage, collision, overturning, or falling.
9) Other failures due to external factors for which our company holds no responsibility, such as fire, earthquake, wind damage, flood damage, or other natural disasters.
(2) This warranty applies to products for sale and use in Japan. As such, products installed or moved overseas are not covered by the warranty.
(3) The scope of the warranty is limited to (1) above and does not cover secondary damage suffered by the customer (Damage to equipment, loss of opportunity, lost profits, accident compensation, etc.) or any other damages caused by failure of the covered product.
(4) If the product cannot be returned and it is difficult to verify the serial number or other manufacturing or shipping information of the product, or if the product is disassembled by a party other than our company, it will not be covered by the warranty.
(5) If any additions, changes, etc., are made to the scope of this warranty due to unique specifications, including specialized specifications and special considerations, these will be specified separately.
Repair and Supply Periods for Products After Discontinuation
We will continue to support discontinued products for two years after they have been discontinued. However, we expect that the short service life of electronic components, etc., make it difficult to procure and produce said products, so even within this period, it may be difficult to repair or supply replacement parts. Handling and Disposal of Products and Repaired Items
Only qualified personnel who have undergone our maintenance training (for a fee) and are certified as competent can perform warranty repairs outside of our company. All parts replaced as part of a warranty repair become the property of our company. If, for any reason, a part is not returned to a location designated by our company within 30 days, the warranty will no longer apply.
If a customer wishes to dispose of a product or replacement part other than as part of a warranty repair, be sure to comply with local laws, ordinances, and regulations.
Maintenance Education and Dispatch of Engineers (SV Support, Etc.)
The prices of purchased and delivered items do not include costs for maintenance training, the dispatch of engineers (such as SV support), etc. However, we may be able to provide these services upon request for a fee. Please contact us for more details.
